Homemade Sourdough Bread #2 Results
This was my second attempt at making the Berkley Sourdough recipe. The flavor was somewhat better than the first round, although it was even tougher. I may try this recipe one more time but put it all in one loaf instead of two baguettes. I may also look into other recipes to try.
