Portrait of Kristin and the Kitchen
Kristin and Kuma posed for this lengthy timed exposure to capture the blue glowing light from the countertop. Illumination was provided by the dining room light (the overhead kitchen lights were off). This lets the river show up properly.

The long exposure has produced good results.
Was having a look at the kitchen too as we are doing ours right now.
Thanks for those pics.

I have never seen anything like it. Does the epoxy over the glass stand up to daily use? I love blue glass, and your counters.

Yes, the epoxy is holding up quite well. It's pretty great.

Wow, all I can say is wow!

I just stumbled upon these photos tonight while searching for night glow hot air balloons. Wow, I have to say that I am seriously impressed. What a marvelous idea! Your kitchen remodel turned out brilliantly! (figuratively and literally :-) )
