Hanging out at RockSport in Louisville, KY - Resting after a climb
Kevin and I went to a cool local rock climbing gym tonight. Unfortunately, Paul wasn’t able to make it. We got about an hour in before they closed, and by the end, I was definitely reminded of how, years ago, when I was somewhat more serious about the whole rock-climbing thing, I would do workouts to strengthen my hands and arms. By the end of 1 hour both Kevin and I were beat. Very fun time.
