Thursday workout

Ran 1.5 miles on the treadmill, 1.5 average incline. Did more 10lb arm work with the dumbells. About 20 crunches on the machine. They seem to be getting a little easier, which feels like a good thing. We only had about 45 minutes total anyways, since we needed to get back home in time to go out to Miso with Brooke. Miso was great as always, although they were definitely really busy, especially for a Thursday.

Weigh-in: 215.0 lb Yay! 🙂
