Tuesday workout Aug 16 2005

Worked out after work again today, ~40 minutes. Did a bunch of laps, running / jogging / walking – est. ~1.5 miles total. Approximately 40 crunches on the crunch machine. Some back and forth with the weight ball (12lb). Did good amount of arms with the 10lb barbells.

Weigh-in: 215.5lb
