    Ran 1.5 miles on the treadmill, 1.5 average incline. Did more 10lb arm work with the dumbells. About 20 crunches on the machine. They seem to be getting a little easier, which feels like a good thing. We only had about 45 minutes total anyways, since we needed to get back home in time to…

    Worked out after work again today, ~40 minutes. Did a bunch of laps, running / jogging / walking – est. ~1.5 miles total. Approximately 40 crunches on the crunch machine. Some back and forth with the weight ball (12lb). Did good amount of arms with the 10lb barbells.     Went to the gym tonight after work with Kristin. Good workout, 2.1 miles on the treadmill, lots of arm excercises with the 8lb weights and some crunches. Also there were some kids doing some really good breakdancing in the gym. It was quite fun to watch.
